Talk to a clinician before you decide anything
You will be asked what is bothering you, what you have been told before, and what you want the result to look like. You will not be asked for a card.
- Cost
- Free
- Takes
- About 15 minutes
- Deposit
- None, ever
Fifteen minutes, and nobody sells you anything
- You tell us what is wrong. What bothers you, what a dentist has told you before, and what you want the result to look like. Photographs help but are not needed.
- A clinician looks and asks. Not a salesperson reading a script. If you have X-rays or a scan, they will look at those too.
- You get an indicative plan and a price range. In writing, afterwards. It is indicative because nobody can be certain until a dentist has seen your mouth in a chair.
- You go away and think about it. There is no deposit, no card, and no hold on anything. If we do not hear from you, we will not chase you twice.
When the answer is no
Sometimes the honest answer is that you need less treatment than you asked for, or a different treatment, or none. It happens often enough that it is worth saying here rather than discovering it on the call.
If implants are wrong for your bone, or veneers would ruin healthy teeth, we will say so - and it costs you nothing to have found out.

One of these is on the call. Your patient manager, who is in the UK, stays with you from the first message to the last check-up.
What to have ready
- A photograph of your smile, and one of your teeth slightly apart. A phone is fine.
- Any X-ray or CBCT scan you already have, even an old one.
- A note of any medication you take and any condition that affects healing.
- Any quote you have been given at home, so the comparison is like for like.
None of it is compulsory. You can turn up with nothing and still have a useful conversation.
We reply within one working day. If you would rather talk it through on WhatsApp, that button is below.
Would rather see the numbers first? Every price is published, or build and price a plan yourself.

The questions people ask first
If yours is not here, ask it on the call. Nobody minds.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no deposit, and nothing to cancel. We make money when somebody chooses to be treated, which is a poor reason to waste your fifteen minutes.
Will I be pressured into booking?
No. You get an indicative plan in writing afterwards and then you decide, in your own time. If we do not hear back we will follow up once, not repeatedly.
Do I need photographs or X-rays?
They help, and they are not required. A phone photograph of your smile is enough to make the conversation more specific.
Who is on the call - a dentist or a salesperson?
A clinician. Your patient manager, who is UK-based, arranges it and stays with you afterwards.
Is the price I am given final?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing. It is indicative until a dentist has examined you in the chair. What is fixed is that the written quote you agree before treatment is the amount you pay.
What if I am not suitable?
Then we tell you, and we tell you why. That is a better outcome than flying somewhere to be told the same thing.
How long until someone contacts me?
One working day. If you send it at the weekend it will be Monday.
What happens to my details?
They are used to answer your enquiry. Marketing is opt-in and separate, and you can withdraw it at any time - see the privacy policy.
Can I speak to someone in the evening?
Yes. Say so in the message and it will be arranged around you rather than around office hours.

Free, about fifteen minutes, no deposit and nothing held on a card.
