Every material is named on your plan before you agree to it. Implants are Straumann, NTA Swiss or the equivalent tier you have chosen; crowns are zirconia or E-max, not "ceramic" as a category. If a plan will not tell you the brand of the thing being screwed into your jaw, that is the plan to walk away from - ours or anyone's.
