European-level protocols
The same clinical standards a UK practice works to, checked in person rather than taken on trust.
We do not own a clinic. We choose them - and refuse most of the ones we look at. This is what we check before a practice can treat an Opus Smile patient, and what happens when one stops meeting it.
Not a badge we award ourselves. Each one is a thing that can be checked, and each one is written into your plan.
The same clinical standards a UK practice works to, checked in person rather than taken on trust.
CBCT planning and intraoral scanning as the norm, and guided surgery where the case calls for it.
The brand of every implant and every crown written on your plan - never "premium implant" as a description.
Experienced teams you can talk to directly, without an interpreter standing between you and your dentist.
Plenty of sites list clinics. A list is not a standard: it tells you a place exists, not whether anyone has walked into its sterilisation room. We work with a small number of practices in Antalya, and every one has been visited, audited against a twenty-point checklist, and is reviewed on the patients we send it.
The number is small on purpose. A network of eighty clinics cannot be inspected by anyone; it can only be advertised.
The full checklist runs to twenty points across five areas. In short:
Ministry of Health registration verified in person, and real specialisation - an implantologist placing implants, a prosthodontist designing the smile.
CBCT on site, intraoral scanning rather than trays of alginate, guided surgery where the case needs it.
Class B autoclaves, cycle logs we can read, single-use where single-use belongs. The part nobody photographs, and the part we look at first.
Named brands on the plan - Straumann, NTA Swiss, E-max, zirconia - and the paperwork to match.
Where the crowns are actually made, how long a remake takes, and whether the technician ever sees the patient.
The checklist is published in full, point by point, so you can hold us to it rather than take our word for it. See all twenty
Passing an audit once means very little. Every patient we send is asked afterwards - not for a testimonial, for the truth - and those answers go back to the clinic with our name on them.
Where something slips, we raise it and we expect it fixed. Where it does not get fixed, we stop sending people. That has happened, and it is the only sanction that means anything: a clinic that loses our patients loses the reason it agreed to our standards in the first place.
Named, because you should know who is treating you before you agree to anything. Which of them is right for your case is on your written plan, with the reason.

We used to talk about locations across Europe. We do not any more, because we could not stand behind all of them to the same degree, and a standard you apply unevenly is not a standard.
Antalya is where the work is concentrated: implant and restorative teams there do in a week what a UK practice sees in a year, the laboratories are close enough to the chairs to matter, and the city is set up for people arriving to be treated. One place, done properly, is worth more than a map with pins in it.
You do not choose a clinic from a list on our website. You tell us what you need, we tell you which team is right for it and why, and the name of the practice is on your written plan before you agree to anything.
If you would rather see the standard than read about it, the twenty-point checklist is the honest version of this page.
One message and a coordinator replies with an indicative plan and price. Send a photograph of your smile if you have one - it makes the answer better, and it is never a call unless you ask for one.
Would rather talk it through? Book a free consultation, see every price first, or design your smile on your own photograph.
Hi. Pick a question or ask your own; there is no such thing as a silly one.
